Bus duct also known as Busway, is the key part of electrical power distribution system, provides an alternative means of conducting electricity. Bus ducts are used both in commercial and industrial settings to conduct electricity to power cables, which is also known s cable bus.
A Bus duct is simply a sheet metal duct containing busbars which is either Aluminuim or copper, may be metallic strip or bars to conduct the electrical current, in a grounded Metal enclosure.
Bus duct is easy to maintain and flexible, helping to accommodate changing load requirements.
